Have one question, how you will do with equipments ? will be like in DC universe were you choise your costume and all adictional equipments will not change our original costume, or it will be like WoW where our equipaments will be our costume ?

The first one is better because this way we could create a single ninja and not all with the same costumes that we have...

You do not have to use my idea but I was always fond of looking like the gear you wear and have the ability to choose a costume as well. So they costume will cover up your gear.

What about the armor and weapon types for the armors it can be like heavy armors and light armors and the type of armor will change your speed and for the weapons it can be like two handed weapons one handed weapons and throwing weapons

villages head bands , weapons holding etc
they should have a style of use , like the band could be wrapped around the head , hand or so
Weapons , with the left hand , right hand , with 1 hand or 2 hands , held and rest on the shoulder when not attacking or down on the ground , or if swords then at the back.
