how about for a non uchiha/non hyuuga that wants sharingan/byakugan the user of the S or B has to willingly give it up.

I think eye stealing is just awefull... You are an uchiha jonin with EMS and then 5 jonins ambush you and take ur sharingan...-.-
So i think eye stealing sucks...
There should be just a feature for uchihas with sharingan that have a command like duel, that you duel 1v1 another uchiha (if he accepts) and whoever wins, advances to MS, or EMS etc...
Then you have 1 week cooldown on this command so you must choose your oponent wisely.
The loser just loses another week cause he has to w8 again until he can duel for eyes advance another uchiha...(command cooldown).
For other clans, like hyuga , you just train and do quests for improving ur byakugan or other bloodline limit.(huge questline)

Or just to steal someone's eyes it has to be a 1 on 1 ,so to all the Stalkers out there

Man you dont understand.... What will you do if you are jonin uchiha and they take ur eyes?? even if it is one on one, i think u will stop playing or forfeit your life and go suicide...
I just think that its awefull having ur eyes taken...
You spend months on improving them instead of your jutsus and then you lose them to someone who did nothing but beating ur sorry ass...its unfair even if it is one on one...

No it's not unfair (Unless he hacks)

Because YOU have to choice to accept a 1 on 1 request,no one forces you to duel,and if he takes your eye it's solely your own fault.

What if when your eyes are stolen , you dont lose them but you have them in the lowest lvl again and you need to train again to get them back on the lvl they were!

(for examle , you have to win an uchiha with MS in one on one duel[eye mode] to advance to ems by stealing his eyes...when he loses , his eyes become sharingan lvl1 again and has to redo the quests for advancing them into MS again... for a non uchiha, when he steals eyes of uchiha or hyuga, they dont take them permantly like uchihas have them but when he loses a duel[eye mode], he loses the eyes)
This way its fair and you dont lose your eyes forever if u are an uchiha.

Could also work that way.

or you can only steal eyes during wars and you must defeat him/her with at least 70% of hp.

Or only a clan member clan steal a clan members Eye
Like Only a Uchiha Can Steal Another Uchiha's eye.

You guys just don't want a greater chance of getting your eyes stolen.

maybe u lose ur eye only if ur a rogue , or there's a special sort of fight which u can have ur eyes taken or take the eye of ur opponent ?

you either make a uchiha and not do the stupid eye stealing shit. or you make a uchiha and max him out to eternal or rinnegan idk. then you have your main guy steal the eyes in 2 seconds. then you go and delete the uchiha. then you make a hyuuga and steal there eyes in 2 seconds. so if you have two or more computers at your house. you can do this on different computers on different characters. and make yourself godmod up the ass op.

Oh really? how will they find out if there are going to be alot and alot of players. seriously think about that for just a second. not only one person will do this method. but thousands of other players will do this. that why eye transplant shouldn't bbe available, cause everyone is going to have sharingan and bayakugan. if there is the case, then the uchiha and hyuuga wil be nothing but used as a tool and not respected at all.

maybe you dhould be jounin or anbu till u can take eyes or for your eyes to be taken ? ;D

All in all i vote YES for the stealing idea.

why steal when you can just be in the clan. my god there is no difference i swear.

No point in eye stealing. Pick a clan and stick with it ,stop trying to find ways to steal another clans jutsu.

Again, this is all going to be figured out. Once the bigger issues are out of the way, we will start ironing out the finer details. Most likely eye stealing will not be included, but we are keeping an open mind to every idea, working the pro's and con's to see what will work or what wont.

Be patient, everyone is just as excited to see whats going to come out of this as you are

I was never fond of stealing eyes. There needs to be a desire for people to pick a non clan character. What that desire is? I do not know but hope someone will make it fair to everyone. Ones who are not in clans and ones that are in clans.
